Our Process: How We Build a Sports Court
Every court, track and play area we build follows the same path. Watch each stage below, then talk to us about your site.
The full process in 37 seconds
Groundwork and base
Every court starts below the surface. At a pickleball site in Pondicherry, a JCB moves material, a gravel base is laid and a roller compacts it before any surface goes down.
Surface preparation
A grinding machine prepares the surface before coating or tiles go on.
Coating and finishing
Synthetic acrylic courts and skating tracks are finished with coats applied by squeegee and roller, then line-marked.
PP tile installation
PP interlocking tiles click together with no adhesive and no curing time, so courts can be ready to use quickly.
Finished and in use
The same team that makes the tiles builds the court, from base to line marking, poles and fixtures.
